We are seeking a Law Firm Investigator and Collections Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting the firm’s clients by performing investigations into defendants and debtors.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate cases and potential defendants
- Identify sources of information, payment and property
- Keep clients up-to-date on cases and collection efforts.
- Document and update client records based on interactions
- Draft and generate documents and court filings for cases and collection efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a major or minor in criminal justice, accounting, business, finance, psychology, economics or a similar field.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including MS Word and Excel
- Work experience in accounting, financial management, or security fields a plus.
- Interest in law or a law related career or private investigations a big plus! (Firm will sponsor candidate for a PI license).
