6a0133f3a4072c970b015391efe34d970b-550wiAttorneys General from Arkansas, Florida, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Wisconsin and the District of Columbia announced a $5 million consent agreement with Berkeley. The agreement covers four related companies including Boland Naturals Inc., Warner Health Care, Lifekey Inc. and Wagner Nutraceuticals. Under terms of the 10 state agreements, the Berkeley family of companies will pay a total penalty of $2.5 million, with an additional $2.5 million due if they fail to meet any of the obligations of the agreements.
