The FTC press release page on this matter lists the actions and contains links to the case files for each. Among the cases is one entitled In the Matter of Daniel Chapter One, a corporation, and James Feijo, individually, and as an officer of Daniel Chapter One, Docket No. 9329, File No. 082 3085.
This particular case is worth watching as the respondent, Daniel Chapter One, claims to be a church. This “healing ministry” follows the “unique principles of BioMolecular Nutrition supplements” used to help “the intense athlete as well as the seriously ill.”
Daniel Chapter One founders, Jim and Trish Fiejo, have firmly planted themselves in the center of the “Health Freedom” movement with a Health Freedom Fight website where you can listen to their radio program and contribute to their legal defense by buying a t-shirt.

I called the Miami seaquarium years ago and was told to come down and look at 2 cancerous sharks.
Lane labs, the company first promoting shark cartilage was censored and fined after making millions of course on this worthless material.
7 herb formula is nothing but ESSiac tea, a long proven worthless cancer remedy with 3 additionaal herbs mixed in , thereby circumventing the original trade mark, owned by a Canadian company.
Only 1 animal study showed a small amount of efficacay with one of the herbs in the mixture. All the rest have showed no -anti-tumor activity in humans, yet this material is marketed everywhere as a miracle cure. DCO,s version is vastly overpriced as is most of their products which they simply buy from a manufacturer and put their name on the label. their mark-up is off the charts and they insult the entire medical community on their radio show and pretend that they have knowledge of medical matters.
They look up drugs in the PDR, list the side effects, trash them and recommend herbal junk with similar side effects but this is never mentioned.
Go to “medline” the honest herbal” or the “herbal PDR: if you doubt what i am saying .They have made millions off of desperate vulnerable sick people with mostly worthless products.
a bottle of gator aid or ovaltine would supercede about 75% of the stuff they sell. Shame on these 2 for hiding behind a “ministry’ scam.
Note most of their radio call-ins are from semi-literate North fla, and S. georgia area, a hotbed of the KKK not too many years ago and also bible thumping that seems to match up well with alternative medicine cultism.

Please do not disrespect people of the “South”. I am a highly trained professional making an above average income for my trade and I like and work in the “South”. However, I went through University in the “South” and in Europe without a student loan—it was called “work”. I worked a full time job and went to school full time. Know anyone else who has done that?
It would appear that you are “ill”. Other people would have more inflammatory word descriptions of yourself. I choose to have you reflect on your words spoken herein. I could have and make sweeping accusations and insinuations about yourself. But, that’s not how I am nor ANY of the people I associate with.
Many people listen to the Government approved Pharmaceutical Companies’ claims for medical cures which have over the top mark ups and profit margins. All of those Rx have so called side effects. My research suggests they are all poisons to our bodies that will cause other problems and possibly more serious. Investigate the contents of your Ovaltine and Gator Ade. There are some very questionable ingredients that are very popular and approved. DCO exposes the use of herbals. What’s wrong with that? A person should be able to use what ever he wishes in treatment of themselves. I see so many links to illnesses with the lack of or inefficiencies in the body-possibly by those Rx side effects. I can say “Shame on you”. Leave DCO alone. I hope you get well soon.

These crooks are appealing the FTC ruling and have now changed the format of their radio show so that they circumvent the judges order, by having shills call in and give phony medical advice via their junk science products.
Most calls come from North Fla. and Ga. bible belt area individuals, some obviously semi-literate and much bible-thumping is included to influence people of the same ilk to buy this worthless material.
every herbal like every real Rx has possible side effects although the herbal peddlers never ever mention that nor do they mention real drug interactions caused by whacky herbal substances. The chinese stuff is the worst, much of it loaded with lead. Smarten up..
