Harlem resident Christopher Woods (no relation to Smiling Bob, pictured at left), has filed a lawsuit against pharmaceutical manufacturer Novartis AG, claiming that its popular Boost Plus Nutritional Energy Drink caused him to have an erection that lasted several days and required corrective surgery, according to press reports.
“It was unbearable and embarrassing,” Woods said in a story published in the New York Post on Wednesday. The suit seeks unspecified monetary damages for the plaintiff’s “pain, shock and mental anguish.”
Apparently, the supplement product Enzyte was not involved, and as of our last check, Smiling Bob is still smiling.
